Founded by Gareth Wood, who started working with audio over a decade ago, Wood Sound is devoted to creating evocative sound design for your story, whether that's a 3 second audio brand, a feature length film or anything in between.
No matter the size of your project, Wood Sound is able to scale accordingly, collaborating with trusted sound effects editors, foley artists and mixers, wherever necessary, to bring your story to life.
With a musical background, a passion for synths and an arsenal of sound capturing and crafting tools at his disposal, Gareth can create the sound that's 'just right' for any challenge you throw at him (a lazer breathing dragon or a submarine being crushed by a giant squid for example) - bring it on!
Need help giving your story a voice? Gareth has also recorded and directed thousands of voiceovers, working regularly with some of the biggest names in film and television whilst also getting great performances from people who've never been in front of a microphone before.
Wood Sound is no stranger to the wonders of modern technology. Though based in London, remote attended mixes and reviews can be done wherever you are in the world, so no matter your time zone, come say hi!
